Speech Language Pathologist in Frisco, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Previous experience in elementary school settings strongly preferred
• Proven ability to conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and deliver direct and indirect services in school environments
• Outstanding organization, communication, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and commitment to a consistent full-time schedule (no part-time)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language evaluations and therapy to elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement IEP goals, providing both direct and consultative services
• Maintain thorough documentation and keep careful records of student progress
• Collaborate consistently with instructional staff, administrators, and families for holistic student support
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students and support their diverse communication needs
• Participate in meetings and contribute valuable insights to the special education team
