School-Based SLP Opportunity | Liberty, MO

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Liberty, Missouri for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Details

Location: Liberty, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:40 PM
Contract Dates: August 25, 2026 – May 27, 2027

Caseload

Split between Liberty High School, Heritage Middle School, and potentially one additional district building
Approximately 3 days per week at Liberty High School
Approximately 2 days per week supporting Heritage Middle School and another district site
Provide services for approximately 11 students in the ESC and BEST classrooms at Liberty High School
Additional "overflow" support for students at other assigned buildings

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations
Provide direct therapy services and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Support students with a variety of communication needs across multiple school settings

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Missouri SLP License
ASHA CCCs preferred
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
