Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license in Minnesota is required
- Prior experience within school settings is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Ability to travel between two assigned sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students and offer support during transitions or behavioral concerns
- Participate as an active member of multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise to promote positive student outcomes
- Support district and site-based initiatives that foster inclusive educational environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services in accordance with school and state requirements
