What We’re Looking For:

  • Holds active Occupational Therapist licensure (NC or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
  • Background in home health or healthcare settings a plus
  • Comfort providing teletherapy as well as onsite services to students
  • Proficiency in evaluating, designing, and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Demonstrated ability to foster fine motor skill development in children and adolescents
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Delivering direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
  • Conducting thorough assessments and creating tailored interventions to promote academic participation and independence
  • Collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure student success
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting student progress in accordance with guidelines
  • Contributing expertise in both in-person and teletherapy formats to maximize access and benefit for students
