This opportunity focuses on a single-site Setting 3 classroom serving students with developmental cognitive disabilities and those on the autism spectrum, with a small and manageable class size of about 6-10 students.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4) with ASD or DCD endorsement required
  • ABS licensure considered, with preference for EBD or ASD specialization
  • Demonstrated experience teaching in a Setting 3 cluster classroom, preferably with EBD focus
  • Familiarity with instructional strategies for DCD and ASD students
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for differentiated learning and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored instruction for a caseload of approximately 6-10 elementary students
  • Utilize best practices and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals to create positive learning outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with support staff, related service providers, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring for all students
  • Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom community
