What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager at Max Speed USA , you’ll wear many hats and play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. Here’s what you can expect:

• Follow up consistently with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Assist with shop operations, including handling transmission parts (must be able to lift 50lbs).

• Utilize computers, phones, and CRM/software systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes.

• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with team members while also working independently to achieve success.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a drive to succeed. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.

• Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge: Automotive or transmission knowledge is a plus, but not required.

• Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency is preferred.
\n
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50lbs when assisting with shop operations.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, phones, and CRM/software systems.
\n
• Personal Traits: Goal-oriented, motivated to earn commission, punctual, and reliable.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
\n
• Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license preferred, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
