Job Description
\n - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
\n - 3+ years of knowledge or experience in the building and construction industry
\n - Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design techniques, tools, and principles.
\n - Proven ability to read and comprehend construction documents
\n - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Estimating software
\n - PMP certification and OSHA 30 a plus
\n - LEED accredited/knowledge a plus
