ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

System Administration

\n
    \n
  • Manage and administer the company’s OneStream consolidation platform, ensuring optimal system performance, data accuracy, and access control.
    • \n
  • Work with 3rd party administrators as needed on technical enhancements
    • \n
\n

Report Development

\n
    \n
  • Design, build, and maintain OneStream reports to deliver actionable insights for finance and cross-functional teams
    • \n
\n

Dashboarding

\n
    \n
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs and key financial metrics
    • \n
\n

Cross-Functional Collaboration

\n
    \n
  • Work with teams across departments to align analytics solutions with key business goals and operational strategies
    • \n
\n

Process Optimization

\n
    \n
  • Identify opportunities to automate and enhance recurring in conjunction with accounting, treasury and finance
    • \n
\n

Financial Analysis & Accounting

\n
    \n
  • Analyze monthly results vs. expectation; explain variances
    • \n
  • Participate in business support (forecasting, accounting support)
    • \n
  • Support month-end close activities
    • \n
\n

Other Duties

  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth financial operations and business continuity

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

\n Technical & Functional Skills

\n
    \n
  • Advanced skills in administering OneStream
    • \n
  • High proficiency in SAP or a comparable ERP
    • \n
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
    • \n
  • Experience with dashboarding tools
    • \n
\n

Education & Experience

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting
    • \n
  • OneStream certifications (OCP/OCA/OCS) a plus
    • \n
