The three key areas of focus for this role:
\n - Project Management: Estimator for build-outs and manage the budget & production for multiple projects simultaneously.
\n - Marketing Operations: Help develop the creative workflow for marketing assets and activate a social media strategy.
\n - Client Care: Manage relationships with clients & coordinate production of projects from conception through to execution.
Responsibilities:

- Support Creative and Production teams in managing, planning, researching, and producing the build-outs for projects. \n
- Possesses a strong foundation to identify & work with different materials/processes, like woods, metals, etc, and CNC milling. \n
- Run estimates & plan project timelines supporting multiple clients, projects and teams to execute excellent work with high attention to detail \n
- Use and manage online project management software, collaboration tools, calendars, file-sharing, time tracking, and company expense tracking \n
- Respond to client feedback and steward the creative integrity of projects from development through to execution \n
- Support the creation of project documents including estimations, proposals, plans, deliverables, and client-facing documents \n
- Build, negotiate and track project budgets and scopes \n
- Create, maintain and enforce project timelines and milestones \n
- Coordinate approvals between clients, creative team, partners, and collaborators \n
- Schedule internal and external meetings, create agendas and circulate notes / task assignments \n
- Manage design workflow and production \n
- Prepare production planning documents, call sheets, artist agreements and vendor contracts \n
- Secure all necessary permits for production while complying with all federal, state and municipal legal requirements \n
- Enforcing consistency and excellence across all managed projects \n
Skills and Experience:
- \n
- 1-5+ years experience as a Producer or Project Manager in an agency context \n
- Working knowledge of Google Apps & Microsoft tools. (Adobe Creative Suite & ShopVox a plus.) \n
- Planning & managing social media calendar and content production \n
- Intermediate knowledge of fabrication materials, industry practices, and techniques we specialize in. \n
- Experience leading multiple projects at one time and comfortable with a fast-paced, collaborative work environment \n
- Strong scheduling and time management skills \n
- Experience managing design workflow and familiarity with digital and print design production \n
- Excellent administrative skills from writing, document preparation, and creating estimations for each project/client \n
- Experience in contract negotiation with clients and vendors \n
- Experience in building and managing budgets \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships, answering phone calls, taking notes, etc. \n
- Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities \n
