Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Technology Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of HR systems within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely employee data management across multiple platforms.
This position requires a strong focus on data integrity, manual processing, and system support, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a deadline-driven setting, and demonstrates a strong customer service mindset.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain new hire profiles in HRIS, initiating onboarding workflows, distributing onboarding links, and tracking completion of all pre-hire requirements (including I-9 Section 1).
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues such as legal name updates, link reissuance, and tax ID discrepancies, escalating concerns as necessary.
- Gather, validate, and reconcile employee data from multiple sources (hire approvals, offer letters, onboarding trackers, compensation details, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update employee records within HR systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now, performance management systems), ensuring consistency and data integrity across platforms.
- Process employee data updates including manager changes, timekeeping assignments, PTO adjustments, HRBP assignments, policy acknowledgments, and personal information updates.
- Provide system support to employees and managers, including password resets, navigation assistance, and guidance on timecards, PTO approvals, and delegated workflows.
- Troubleshoot HRIS system and data issues, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to employee inquiries related to data updates and system-related requests professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits of employee records to identify and resolve inconsistencies or missing data in partnership with HR and Payroll teams.
- Assist in compiling and reporting HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover metrics), ensuring adherence to confidentiality and data security standards.
- Support business processes such as business card requests by confirming employee details and routing approvals to appropriate stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall system efficiency.
- Communicate with external vendors as needed to address system-related questions or issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee data and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
- 1-3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, or data entry-heavy roles
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and validation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills with a customer-service approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience strongly preferred)
- Experience handling onboarding processes and employee lifecycle transactions
- Familiarity with HR data audits and reporting
- Ability to document processes and support training initiatives
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including HR and Payroll
