Job Description
We are currently hiring a KY Licensed Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity in Southgate, Kentucky. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist looking for a consistent weekday schedule with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• 1st Shift: 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
• 2nd Shift: 11:00am-7:00pm
Job Duties:
• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
• Provide pharmaceutical care and medication counseling to patients
• Maintain confidential patient information and required documentation
• Manage controlled medication records and compliance requirements
• Verify prescription orders for accuracy
• Communicate with physicians and healthcare teams to resolve prescription-related issues
• Utilize pharmacy references and resources as needed
Requirements:
• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky
• 1+ year of pharmacy experience
• Retail or mail order pharmacy experience preferred
Pay: $60-$65/hr
