Job entails evaluating needs, creating IEPs, and providing specialized instruction. Will be collaborating with general education teachers, parents, and administrators to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Daily duties include modifying curriculum, providing targeted one-on-one or small group instruction, assessing progress, and ensuring compliance with Ohio Department of Education standards.
*Licensure requires a bachelor’s degree, specific reading/phonics coursework, and passing the Ohio Assessments for Educators (OAE)
