School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Laurel, Maryland

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCCs preferred, though CF applicants will be considered
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is desirable
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to achieve student goals
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with state and district policies
• Participate in team meetings and consult with staff regarding communication disorders
