Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist, eligible for practice in Washington State
  • Experience in school-based OT settings preferred

  • Comfortable working with a diverse student population across age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ needs, developing and implementing individualized therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services to support students’ access to curriculum and school participation
  • Educate school staff and families regarding adaptive tools, modifications, and strategies
  • Track student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed
