Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting students near Bristol, CT. This position involves two openings, working onsite at highly collaborative educational settings, where you'll impact student success and well-being. The assignments include providing services at a high school from late August 2026 through March 2027, and at an elementary school from late October 2026 through mid-January 2027. With a standard 35-hour work week, you’ll have time to engage meaningfully with students, faculty, and parents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current, active Connecticut School Psychologist license (required)
  • Master’s or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Experience in assessment, counseling, and intervention in educational settings
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying school environments and age groups
  • Commitment to ethical standards, inclusivity, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for special education programming
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and mental health
  • Offer crisis intervention, consultation, and recommendation services as needed
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with educational policies and regulations
