Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Assist students individually and in small groups, adapting to varying needs
• Foster a safe and positive classroom atmosphere, modeling respectful behavior and encouraging participation
• Help manage classroom organization, materials, and routines
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Offer support to students with special needs as required
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunchtime or recess
