Make a real impact supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within a dynamic school setting. Several contract opportunities are available for certified SLP-CCCs to provide in-person services for the fall semester, each located in friendly and welcoming school communities. Enjoy a consistent 35-hour workweek and help transform communication challenges into success stories.

Opportunities are available at:

  • A PreK center (August 24–November 13)
  • A middle school (August 27–late November)
  • An elementary school (August 27–November 23)

Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid and active Connecticut SLP-CCC license (required)
  • Experience delivering direct therapy services in a PreK–8 or middle school environment
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and interpreting results to develop appropriate speech and language IEP goals
  • Delivering individual and group therapy sessions to students with a range of speech/language needs
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to support student achievement
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with school policies
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to student support teams
  • Promoting a positive atmosphere focused on growth and student well-being
