HVAC Install and Service Technician

Position Overview

We're seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician with at least 3 years of field experience in both service and installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and ready to join a growing team that values craftsmanship and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections

• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers clearly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Ensure all installations comply with local codes and manufacturer specifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards

• Participate in rotating on-call schedule as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience (service or installation required)

• EPA Universal Certification required

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
