Job Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation: Safely operate Raymond Reach high-reach forklifts to pull, stack, and move product.Logistics Support: Perform inbound receiving processes and precision order picking.Facility Standards: Adhere to 5S cleanliness guidelines and maintain process excellence.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year of high-reach forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.Certification: Trained and certified in powered industrial truck operation.Skills: Strong basic math skills, high attention to detail, and great team communication.Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Physical DemandsLift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally.Continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, crouching, and reaching.Ability to work comfortably in varying warehouse temperatures (hot/cold).

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
