Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 1st Shift
Pay: $30 - $38 per hour
Job description:
Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with excellent benefits? We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional to join our team and help keep our manufacturing equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Repair motors, bearings, belts, sensors, valves, wiring, and other machine components.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, boiler, and glycol chilling systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
- Assist with equipment installations and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work closely with production teams.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with HVAC, boilers, or facility maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
