Adecco is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a dynamic warehouse and distribution team in Edwardsville, KS. This position is ideal for safety-conscious individuals with experience operating material handling equipment and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for auditing inventory, loading and unloading product and moving materials efficiently throughout the facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for auditing inventory, loading and unloading product and moving materials efficiently throughout the facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety while supporting daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and assemble materials from storage locations to fulfill customer orders.
- Safely load and unload trucks while maintaining quality and inventory accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other industrial trucks.
- Audit finished goods received from production and accurately complete all required documentation.
- Deliver component materials to designated work areas as assigned.
- Perform routine inspections of powered industrial equipment and report equipment issues promptly.
- Identify, document, and communicate defective materials, malfunctions, or irregular conditions.
- Adhere to established production schedules and operational priorities.
- Generate inventory control data for pallets and outbound shipments as requested.
- Complete and submit end-of-shift reports.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience of forklift operation
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse order-picking experience.
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.
- Reliable transportation
- Experience using RF scanners (RF guns) for picking and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Weekly pay at $18.25 per hour
