Our client is seeking a Billing Administrator with construction industry experience to manage pay applications, progress billing, and project-related documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle a high volume of paperwork, and follow-up on outstanding invoices when needed.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit pay applications and progress billings.
- Work closely with Project Managers to gather billing information and project updates.
- Maintain project documentation, including lien waivers, schedules of values, and other contract paperwork.
- Track billing status and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and assist with collections.
- Maintain organized project files and support month-end reporting.
- Ensure billing is accurate and submitted on time.
- 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or construction accounting experience.
- Experience with pay applications, AIA billing, or progress billing preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing a large volume of paperwork and deadlines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
