\n - Project management experience
\n - Able to work across cultures both corporate and national cultural boundaries
\n - Comfortable working with ambiguous data
\n - Able to work independently and cooperate and collaborate with all levels of an organization

Project Manager duties:
\n
\n - Develop communications repository for external and internal communications
\n - External calendar coordination with the divestiture partners
\n - Manage cross functional agendas and meeting minutes for respective workstreams across global divestitures
\n - Manage steering committee agendas and meeting minutes
\n - Coordinate cross functional team meetings and steering committee meetings, including any partner travel, etc.
\n - Project Management support for workstreams and local transition planning inside and outside of the company.
