Financial Analyst

Job Description:

A leading Private Equity firm is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to fill an immediate vacancy. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and have 2 – 3 years of audit experience with a big 4 public accounting firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounting for loans and other investments
\n
• Assist in preparation of schedules for 10-Q/K disclosures
\n
• Prepare monthly/quarterly work papers for internal review and audit process
\n
• Prepare wires and other treasury functions
\n
• Assist senior members of the team
\n
• Participate in other ad hoc projects
\n

Job Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
\n
• 2-3 years of public or public/private experience is required
\n
• “Big 4” audit experience is required
\n
• Experience with financial services and/or real estate industries is required
\n
• Experience with SEC registrants (either audit or accounting) is preferred, but not required
\n
• CPA license is preferred, but not required
\n

Compensation:

\n
• $75,000 - $95,000
\n
