Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Rep for a contract opportunity in Maple Grove, MN. This in-office call center role supports customers for a third-party financing company that provides financing solutions for consumer products.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with account questions, financing information, payment-related inquiries, and general service needs.
- Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Research and resolve customer concerns while following company procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Partner with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain a positive customer experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20 to $21 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm.
- Rotating Saturday shift: 12:00pm to 5:00pm, approximately once every 3 weeks.
- When assigned a Saturday shift, employees may reduce 5 hours elsewhere during the week or work the Saturday shift on an overtime basis.
- Location: In office in Maple Grove, MN.
