Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator for a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment in Waltham, MA. This role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, preparing accurate shipping documentation, working with carriers, and helping ensure materials move efficiently and on schedule.
This is a strong opportunity for a logistics professional who enjoys hands-on warehouse work, organized processes, and cross-functional communication. The Shipping Coordinator will join a team-oriented environment where accuracy, reliability, and clear communication are essential to daily success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL Easy Ship, and related shipping systems.
- Prepare shipping documents, export documentation, labels, packing slips, and other required records.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and communicate updates or issues to internal teams and carriers.
- Package materials safely and accurately according to shipment requirements and carrier guidelines.
- Maintain organized shipping records and support accurate warehouse documentation.
- Assist with general shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25 to $28 per hour.
- Current posted pay: $28 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Duration: 1-year contract with potential for extension.
- Location: Waltham, MA.
