Instrument Tuber
Pay: $28 to $34.00/hour DOE
Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available 5am to 5pm or 5pm to 5am
Location: Houston, TX 77041
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Instrument Tuber for our Oil & Gas industry client to start immediately. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Install and assemble stainless steel tubing and piping systems using blueprints and work instructions
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install tubing and piping components
- Coordinate daily work activities with minimal supervision
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, man lifts, overhead cranes, and hydraulic tools
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working with Swagelok stainless steel tubing required
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics and install tubing in hydraulic systems
- Oil & Gas industry experience (minimum 2-3 years) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work at heights up to 65 feet
Skills
- Expertise in tubing measurement, bending, threading, and cutting
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, schematics, and hydraulic power units (HPUs)
- Proficiency with hand tools, hydraulic tools, and power tools
- Ability to operate equipment such as pressure pumps, band saws, and lifting devices
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
