Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver evidence-based care for elderly patients in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This role is centered around the needs of our patients, allowing you to:

• Execute physical therapy treatment plans effectively.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities aimed at enhancing mobility, safety, and independence.

• Document patient progress meticulously and provide education to both patients and their caregivers.
