Warehouse Associate

Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:35 PM

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Load and unload materials manually or using warehouse equipment.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, walkie riders, and pallet jacks, as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.

Additional Information:

• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• This is a 6-month contract position.
• There is a possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on business needs, budget approval, and individual performance; however, extension or conversion is not guaranteed.
