Per Diem Staff Pharmacist | Mansfield, Ohio

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Per Diem Pharmacist position is available to provide essential vacation coverage at a busy retail pharmacy in Mansfield, OH. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical in supporting daily pharmacy operations.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pharmacy hours are 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no lunch breaks (pharmacist presence required during entire shift)

Vacation coverage is needed on the following dates:

• August 10 to August 14
• September 14 to September 18
• November 25

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Verifying and checking over 200 prescriptions daily using PioneerRx software
• Entering data accurately and efficiently
• Responding to phone inquiries professionally
• Receiving and signing for controlled and narcotic drug deliveries
• Collaborating with a team of three full-time pharmacy technicians
• Ensuring compliance and accuracy in all pharmacy tasks
• Immunizations are not part of the current pharmacist duties

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient with PioneerRx software or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts
