Job Description

You'll be working 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, managing a caseload of approximately 20 remarkable young learners.

What You’ll Need:
- Current Virginia Special Education License (required)
- Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
- Strong ability to plan, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborative communication skills for effective teamwork
- Proven case management abilities
Your Key Contributions:
- Develop and deliver differentiated instruction for students with varying abilities
- Manage IEPs and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
- Support a caseload of about 20 students, ensuring their unique learning needs are met
- Partner with families, staff, and service providers to coordinate comprehensive support
