You’ll work closely with a small caseload, ensuring individualized attention and meaningful progress for each student.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) certification
  • Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to deliver therapy in English and a second language
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and individualized student care
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of 8 students, tailoring interventions to each child's needs
  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments as required
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans and monitor student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support optimal student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
