Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in progress accepted
- Experience providing speech and language services to pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Document progress, participate in team meetings, and communicate regularly with staff and caregivers
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements
