Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Lakeville, Minnesota

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in progress accepted
• Experience providing speech and language services to pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, and communication disorders
• Document progress, participate in team meetings, and communicate regularly with staff and caregivers
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements
