Position Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation, intervention, and support services to students with communication disorders that impact educational performance. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families
- Provide classroom consultation and recommendations to support student success
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or educator certification as required
- CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred, though candidates with pediatric experience are welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

- Competitive hourly pay: $50–$55 per hour based on experience (subject to change)
