This full-time, contract position covers 36 hours weekly during a MAT leave from August 24, 2026, through November 18, 2026. What you’ll contribute:
- Michigan School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
- Recent experience with SPED evaluations, REEDs, and IEPs in an educational setting
- Familiarity with assessment tools for ages PreK through middle school
- Strong understanding of special education law, evaluation standards, and best practices
- Skillful communicator, able to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and a nurturing approach to varied student needs
Your daily impact:
- Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations for PreK through middle school students
- Complete REEDs and collaborate on student-centered IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary assessment and team meetings
