Make a direct impact in students' communication skills while working across three dynamic school buildings serving K-12 learners. This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a diverse environment and is passionate about supporting a broad range of student needs.

As an integral part of the educational team, you’ll provide services in elementary, middle, and high school settings, managing a balanced caseload that includes 55 thirty-minute therapy sessions each week (16 individual, 37 group). Your expertise will foster growth and accessibility in students with varying speech and language challenges.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate and current SLP certification (CCC required)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, with confidence in working across multiple grade levels
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet individual and group therapy goals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A collaborative mindset for partnering with teachers, staff, and families

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload spanning K-12
  • Assess, diagnose, and implement intervention plans that address individual student needs
  • Provide both group and 1:1 therapy sessions, adjusting methods to the unique mix of students
  • Maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports as required
  • Consult and cooperate with educators and family members to maximize student success

This position offers a stable, full-time schedule of 35 hours weekly during the school day, allowing you to effectively balance work and personal commitments.
