Pay: $35-$40/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (possible overtime and weekends as needed)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong industrial experience to join our team. This role involves working in a variety of demanding industrial environments and requires a high level of technical skill, professionalism, and flexibility to travel. Candidates with automation and controls experience are strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Bend and install rigid conduit up to 4”
- Perform cable tray installations
- Install and terminate control panels
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings
- Perform work in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on job sites
- Travel to various job sites as required, including overnight stays
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician (I&E)
- Knowledge of automation and controls systems (PLC, instrumentation, motor controls) is a plus
- Experience working in heavy industrial environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work in physically demanding conditions and varying weather
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work at heights or in confined spaces
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
