We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and assist patients in a skilled nursing facility. Your role will be crucial in helping individuals regain or enhance their daily living skills after experiencing injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. This position emphasizes patient-centered care and fosters interdisciplinary collaboration in a post-acute environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active Occupational Therapy license in Missouri is required to commence the assignment.
  • BLS certification may be necessary from AHA or ARC.
  • Preferred experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
  • Ability to document skilled OT services and track patient progress in electronic medical records is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cognitive and activities of daily living (ADL) interventions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with adaptive equipment and durable medical equipment is recommended.
