\n What You'll Do\n
\n

  • Lead, coach, and support a small warehouse team to ensure efficient operations and on-time order fulfillment.
    • \n
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through clear communication and exceptional service.
    • \n
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and efficiency.
    • \n
  • Operate a forklift and jump in to support warehouse operations when needed.
    • \n

\n What We're Looking For\n
\n
    \n
  • 2+ years of recent warehouse or distribution management experience.
    • \n
  • A track record of improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
    • \n
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • \n
