Job: Repair Technician
Salary Range: $50,000-62,000/year based on experience
Type: Direct Hire
Adecco is recruiting for a company in Kent, Ohio seeking a skilled Technician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
What you’ll do:
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components on industrial machinery
Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
Diagnose equipment issues and develop effective repair solutions
Test equipment to ensure repairs are completed successfully
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
2-3 years of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical experience
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an industrial shop environment
