\n - Performing minor medical operations.
\n - Cleaning wounds.
\n - Drawing blood.
\n - Maintaining emergency room care standards.
\n - Assisting with insurance paperwork.
\n - Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process.
\n - Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios.

ER Nurse Requirements:

\n - American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
\n - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
\n - Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification and Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification advantageous.
\n - Able to work under high pressure.
\n - Attention to detail.
\n - Good organizational skills.
\n - Excellent written and verbal communication.
