\n As a Floor Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:\n
\n
    \n
  • Performing production setups, color changes, and material blends according to customer specifications.
    • \n
  • Starting up, shutting down, and troubleshooting basic injection molding machines and material systems.
    • \n
  • Ensuring all work cells are stocked with components and verifying that operators follow safety standards.
    • \n
  • Completing all production paperwork and maintaining an organized, clean work area before shift handovers.
    • \n
  • Filling in as a machine operator as needed to keep production running efficiently.
    • \n

\n Schedule:\n
\n
\n Wednesday 12:00 AM-6:30 AM, Thursday-Saturday 6:00 PM-6:30 AM\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay:\n
\n
\n $20.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n To be successful as a Shift Lead/Floor Assistant, you must meet the following qualifications:\n
\n
    \n
  • High School diploma or its equivalent.
    • \n
  • Two years of previous injection molding experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • \n
  • Ability to pass a forklift driving test and safely operate one daily.
    • \n
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and reach above shoulder level to access machine controls.
    • \n
