Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Professional! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding service.
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records using ERP and CRM systems.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
