Bookkeeper - Property Management
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $75,000.00-$80,000.00

Our client, a well-established Property Management company in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join their team on a direct hire basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong experience supporting the accounting operations within the property management industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
  • Process tenant payments, security deposits, rent rolls, and related property management financials
  • Maintain general ledger entries and assist with month-end close
  • Prepare financial reports for property managers and ownership
  • Handle vendor management, invoice processing, and payment scheduling
  • Reconcile CAM charges, property expenses, and maintain property-specific financial files
  • Support audits, year-end reporting, and internal accounting processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
Required Qualifications
  • Property management accounting experience is required
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
  • Proficiency with property management accounting systems (Yardi, AppFolio, MRI, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of AP/AR cycles, GL entries, and reconciliations
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
