Job Summary
A growing manufacturing organization in Fremont, CA is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented customer support professional who enjoys order processing, data entry, customer communication, and working across teams to solve problems.
The Customer Service Administrator will support the customer service team by entering sales quotations and sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, updating customer information, and helping ensure timely order follow-up. This position offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, team-focused environment with supportive leadership, strong internal communication, and the potential for long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through multiple communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter, update, and manage sales quotations and sales orders in the business system and customer portals.
- Document customer interactions, actions, and responses in the ticketing system to ensure complete and accurate follow-up.
- Monitor open orders, backorders, and related reports to support on-time delivery and strong customer service performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, supply chain, and other departments, to resolve order issues and reduce customer delays.
- Maintain working knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and support customer needs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25 to $26 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Fremont, CA.
