Location: South Bay / Harbor Area, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)

Pay: Competitive hourly pay (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our logistics and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders according to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick and pack orders using packing slips, work orders, or RF scanners.
• Organize and stage materials for shipping and production.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to meet daily goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, or shipping software is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
