Shape students’ ability to communicate as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite in a Pennsylvania educational setting. We are seeking three skilled professionals passionate about supporting children’s speech, language, and social development through direct therapy and collaborative case management.

Opportunities include:

  • Two SLPs focusing on grades K-12 within North Eastern schools, working 35 hours weekly (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–3:30 pm). Serve a diverse caseload of 50–55 students with needs ranging from general education support to autism-specific interventions, spanning two elementary buildings. This role combines direct therapy, case management, and close collaboration with teachers and families.
  • One SLP specializing in Early Intervention (ages 3–5) in New Oxford/Gettysburg. Provide consistent, impactful therapy to young children with special education needs, benefitting from dedicated paperwork time and a schedule that mirrors the school year, including frequent breaks.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Pennsylvania SLP certification and valid PA teaching certificate (required with resume submission)
  • Experience working in K-12 or Early Intervention settings strongly preferred
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery; no virtual roles available
  • CF applicants welcome (agency must sponsor required supervision fee)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these roles

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing speech-language therapy to students
  • Developing and implementing IEPs/IFSPs and treatment plans
  • Case management and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Working closely with educators, specialists, and families
  • Timely documentation and participation in team meetings
