\n Are you an experienced restaurant or kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Kitchen Lead to help oversee daily meal assembly operations, support and guide kitchen staff, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality and food safety standards.\n
\n

\n This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant, catering, meal prep, or commercial kitchen leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, managing workflow, and leading by example.\n

\n The Kitchen Lead will work alongside the team while helping direct daily operations, monitoring productivity, ensuring timely meal completion, and maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen environment.\n
\n

\n Job Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Lead and support kitchen staff in daily meal assembly and production.
    • \n
  • Assign tasks and help ensure production schedules are met.
    • \n
  • Train and coach team members on food safety and quality standards.
    • \n
  • Assist with meal prep, portioning, packaging, and assembly as needed.
    • \n
  • Monitor workflow and ensure meals are completed accurately and on time.
    • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
    • \n
\n
\n Experience & Skill Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant, kitchen, catering, or food production environment.
    • \n
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
    • \n
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
    • \n
  • Experience coordinating workflow in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
    • \n
  • Basic math skills, including measurements, fractions, and multiplication.
    • \n
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
    • \n
