Rotomold Operator

Job Responsibilities:

· Operate, start-up, shutdown, and maintain rotational molding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

· Perform routine mold maintenance including soda blasting, polishing, power washing, and latch adjustments.

· Conduct quality inspections, including dimensional checks and visual assessments, to uphold product standards.

· Troubleshoot equipment and process issues swiftly to minimize production disruptions.

· Support process improvements and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.

· Assist with material handling and part finishing to meet production deadlines.

· Train new team members and guide existing staff to promote a collaborative and productive workplace.

· Collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and team members to resolve non-conforming parts and improve overall process quality.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

· 2+ years of experience in rotational or injection molding environments, with proven operation and maintenance skills.

· Strong troubleshooting abilities and knowledge of mold/tool maintenance procedures.

· Experience with quality control processes, including dimensional and visual inspections.

· Ability to work independently and follow detailed work instructions.

· Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. and maintaining safety awareness in a fast-paced setting.

Pay Details: $20.50 to $21.80 per hour
