Temp-to-Hire | Onsite (Central San Diego)
Work Schedule:
Full-time
Monday-Friday
7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23-27 per hour, depending on experience
LHH is supporting a professional services organization in the search for an Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a professional corporate environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being a key support resource behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily facilities and office operations
- Maintain kitchens, conference rooms, phone pods, and other common areas
- Stock and manage office and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate conference room schedules and daily setup
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with employee meetings, breakfasts, lunches, and internal events
- Provide coverage for administrative staff as needed
- Prepare conference rooms and shared spaces each day
- Assist with holiday initiatives and internal programs as assigned
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of facilities, office services, or administrative support experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Visio a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced office environment
